Requirements

• Proven experience leading DevSecOps teams and practices
• Strong hands-on background across cloud, automation, and security tooling
• Experience delivering within UK Government or GDS environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to influence engineering standards across distributed teams
• SC Clearance is required for this role

We are hiring a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to support one of the UKs most significant Defence digital transformation programmes. This is a remote, 6-month contract with scope for extension, paying £645 per day inside IR35. You will play a highly visible role shaping DevSecOps standards and driving secure software delivery across a complex, multi-cloud environment supporting critical UK Defence capabilities.
