Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business analyst in a manufacturing business, with focus on physical manufacturing systems, tools, processes, and people.
• Proven data analysis skills, translating findings into project requirement definitions with business context.
• Experience managing an OT programme and manufacturing-focused projects.
• Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN).
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing.
• Logical mindset with the ability to share information at all levels.

We are a household name manufacturing business, partnered with Broster Buchanan, and we are growing our IT/Ops teams as part of a large-scale OT programme. The role is based on a hybrid working model with 2 days onsite in Kettering and 3 days remote. We are offering a strong benefits package including a 7.5% annual bonus scheme, double matched pension contributions up to 12%, 25 days annual leave plus extra days with service, private healthcare for singles and couples, and life assurance at 4x salary. Pending internal review, the role may be offered as an 18 month fixed-term contract or a permanent position, with a basic salary of £50k to £55k.
