Technical Solutions Designer

Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year

Requirements

• Technical design skills: evidence of production of high and low level design documents.
• Security protocols: evidence of knowledge and experience applying security protocols to IT systems.
• Technical development experience: evidence of knowledge and experience across infrastructure and/or systems in terms of technical development, support, and documentation.
• Solution delivery: demonstrate experience of delivering solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to support and inspire colleagues and suppliers to deliver IT solutions and understand the vision for the organisation.
• Must have lived in the UK for the last 5-7 years to undergo vetting.

Responsibilities

• Produce high level and low-level design documents for technical solutions.
• Apply Force Security protocols to IT systems effectively.
• Engage with various stakeholders for governance and design purposes.
• Deliver solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support and inspire team members and suppliers in the IT solutions delivery process.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in the complete solution lifecycle while transitioning into a more design-focused role.
