[Remote] JIRA Administrator & Agile Coach

The JIRA Administrator & Agile Coach will lead the modernization and standardization of enterprise JIRA boards while coaching teams on Agile best practices.

Responsibilities Conduct assessment of current JIRA usage and configurationsLead rehabilitation and standardization of JIRA boards, workflows, and governanceServe as Agile Coach for Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe teamsFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesSupport and coach Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and story definitionReview Azure DevOps or JIRA boards to manage sprint delivery, updating tasks as necessaryRemove impediments and proactively identify risks impacting deliveryPromote Agile best practices and coach teams on self-organization and continuous improvementCoordinate dependencies across multiple products, teams, and stakeholdersTrack and communicate team performance metrics such as velocity and predictabilityFoster strong collaboration between IT, Product Owners, and business stakeholdersSupport Agile transformation initiatives across the organizationEncourage a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvementCreate Product Status Reports in alignment with PMO standards Skills 5+ years JIRA Administration experience3+ years Agile Coaching experienceExperience establishing governance and standardsStrong communication and leadership coaching skills Company Overview Zillion Technologies, Inc.
