Requirements

• Strong D365 Functional experience
• Proven background in BAU and post-implementation environments
• Hands-on experience with configuration changes
• Adaptable, broad-coverage profile able to work across multiple modules
• Ideally supply chain focused rather than finance focused
• Must be eligible for a DBS check
• Available to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing improvements to an existing D365 system that was implemented around two years ago
• Close gaps in business processes and system functionality
• Carry out hands-on configuration work, not just advisory support
• Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders
• Support the move from standard costing to FIFO
• Contribute to BAU optimisation and refinement of the current system

We are supporting an interesting client based in Cardiff who are seeking a D365 Functional Consultant for a 3-month contract, with a likely extension. This is a BAU optimisation role focused on refining an existing D365 system rather than an implementation project. We require onsite presence for the first 1 to 2 weeks, after which the role can be worked in a hybrid or remote capacity. The position offers a 9-day fortnight, with every other Friday off, and the interview process is a single-stage Teams interview. We are looking to move quickly, with an immediate start preferred.
