Junior IT Support Engineer - Tewkesbury

Salary: £26,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with IT system setup and configuration
• Ability to diagnose hardware and software faults
• Familiarity with Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, and Active Directory user and computer management
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to resolve incidents quickly using remote support tools
• Exposure to HP and Dell hardware
• Prior experience working within a managed service desk provider is beneficial
• Self-motivated with strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion to learn and develop within IT support

Responsibilities

• Provide junior IT support within a managed service provider environment
• Set up and configure IT systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Support users with Windows, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, and Active Directory tasks
• Handle basic networking-related issues
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure faults are logged, managed, and SLAs are met
• Resolve incidents efficiently using remote support tools
• Work collaboratively with the team in a flexible, professional environment
