Job Description

Description As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for safeguarding the quality and functionality of our platforms.

You will design and execute thorough testing processes, document results with precision, and collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved before deployment. Your work directly impacts the smooth daily operations of our business and the experience of every user.

Job Responsibilities Platform Testing & Quality ControlPerform thorough manual testing of related systemsConduct regression, smoke, and sanity tests to validate system performance and stabilityIdentify, document, and track bugs or issues through resolutionDocumentation & ReportingCreate clear, detailed, and organized test case documentationMaintain accurate records of test results, bug reports, and fixesCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm that fixes meet expectationsParticipate in review sessions to ensure all features meet quality standards before releaseProcess Familiarization & Continuous LearningStudy and utilize the User Manual and other Confluence resources to stay updated on features, processes, and best practicesUnderstand platform workflows and the business processes they supportTechnical Skills DevelopmentLearn to perform and interpret HTTP calls to support testing needs Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or a closely related field, with a proven track record of identifying, documenting, and resolving issuesExtensive experience in manual testing of web-based platforms and applications, with the ability to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test casesStrong expertise in test automation, including designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to improve the efficiency and scalability of testing processesProficient in regression testing, with the capability to set up automated regression suites to reduce manual testing for existing products, allowing manual QA to focus on new features and product releasesTechnical proficiency with QA tools and frameworks, including:Selenium WebDriver for web app UI automation, or Playwright / Cypress for modern web automationCan understand and write code primarily using the JavaScript programming language.Postman for manual API testingJUnit / TestNG / NUnit / PyTest for unit and integration testingJMeter for performance testingSQL for querying and validating database recordsGit (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) for reviewing and managing automation code and test scriptsBrowser Developer Tools for debugging and inspectionJenkins for CI/CD test execution pipelinesAzure DevOps for work tracking, testing, and collaborationMaven / Gradle / npm for building and managing test frameworksStrong collaboration and communication skills, with proficiency in tools such as Slack and Google Docs for team communication and documentationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to document processes and issues with accuracy and clarityFamiliarity with regression, smoke, and sanity testing conceptsStrong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teamsBasic understanding of HTTP calls and web application functionality is a plusExperience with Confluence or similar documentation tools is a plus Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection:Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

Primary Device:Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

Backup Device:Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.Must be functional during power interruptions.
