Responsibilities

• We will develop, customise, and maintain Zoho applications to meet our business requirements.
• We will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions.
• We will ensure smooth integration of Zoho applications with our existing systems and tools.
• We will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho-related issues.
• We will regularly update and optimise Zoho applications to improve performance.
• We will document processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference.
• We will train team members on Zoho applications and best practices.
• We will stay up to date with Zoho advancements and recommend new features or tools as needed.
• We will take the lead on all future Zoho development in-house.
