Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements
- Hands-on BigPanda experience, including event correlation, enrichment, and integration configuration
- Strong observability background across Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, or equivalent tools
- Experience delivering in client-facing or consultancy-style environments
- Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar
- Solid understanding of ITSM integrations, especially ServiceNow and PagerDuty
- Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Clear communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
- BigPanda certification or formal training is nice to have
- Experience with APM and distributed tracing tools such as OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or Zipkin is nice to have
- Kubernetes experience at scale is nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to AIOps, such as anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and topology mapping is nice to have
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end observability implementations with BigPanda as the primary AIOps platform
- Integrate BigPanda with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, and custom data sources
- Configure alert enrichment, correlation policies, maintenance windows, and automated incident workflows
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with enterprise client stakeholders
- Build alerting frameworks and dashboards that reduce noise and surface the most important signals
- Embed observability best practices within client engineering teams
- Contribute to internal tooling and accelerators that improve delivery across the business
