Requirements

• UK National with 5+ years continuous UK residency
• Palantir (FDP) experience
• Python and/or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Experience designing and delivering dashboards and data visualisations
• Ability to translate user needs into insights and data stories
• Experience validating outputs with users and delivering iteratively
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in a wider public sector data environment is desirable
• Exposure to screening or clinical datasets is desirable

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data dashboards and visualisations
• Translate user needs into clear metrics, insights, and data stories
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and refine outputs
• Validate dashboards and reporting outputs directly with users
• Support iterative product development in an Agile environment
• Contribute to CI/CD, TDD, and DevSecOps practices
• Pair programme and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
