Geospatial Software Engineer

Salary: £42,500 - 72,000 per year

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Python programming
• Experience in cloud computing (ideally AWS)
• Strong experience across industries in both Geospatial and non-Geospatial domains
• Experience with Machine Learning (sci-kit learn, tensorflow, metaflow, MLOps)
• Preferred: Experience with frameworks like Metaflow, Prefect, etc.
• Preferred: Experience with geospatial libraries i.e. Raster, Geo-pandas, Vector databases

• Developing ETL pipelines for Raster, Vector, and Tabular data
• Configuring CI/CD pipelines
• Managing data storage within an AWS environment
• Improving data automation, workflow, and efficiency
• Developing Python-based ML pipelines
