Technical Architect - Caldecotte

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We require an active SC clearance, or eligibility to achieve a minimum of SC clearance.
• We require you to have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years and to have the right to work in the UK.
• We are looking for proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role.
• We need strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and development methodologies.
• We need experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• We value expertise in architectural design, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and API development.
• We need knowledge of microservices and containerisation, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• We need experience with security best practices and compliance standards.
• We value familiarity with agile methodologies and agile delivery.
• We need experience with SOLID principles and application architecture design.
• We require proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• We value experience with ORM frameworks such as EF Core or Hibernate.
• We value proficiency in MVC frameworks such as ASP.NET Core MVC or Spring MVC.
• We need experience with Git and version control best practices.
• A degree or equivalent qualification related to the role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• We will have you take a leading role in designing robust, scalable, and innovative technology solutions for our clients.
• We will have you work closely with stakeholders and development teams to align technology with business goals.
• We will have you collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and stakeholders to integrate solutions.
• We will have you provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• We will have you partner with project managers to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
• We will have you identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with security protocols and standards.
• We will have you conduct reviews to improve and optimise existing systems.
• We will expect you to champion best practices in architectural design and delivery.
