Technical Support Associate

Salary: £25,000 - 25,000 per year

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a confident phone manner
• Basic understanding of networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, and LAN/WAN
• A recent graduate or equivalent in a tech-related subject, or a strong interest in IT and technical support
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Relevant technical qualifications are preferred
• Desire to build a career in technical support or 1st line helpdesk

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line technical support by phone and email
• Log and manage support tickets
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VoIP, and network-related issues
• Monitor systems and respond to service alerts to help prevent outages
• Assist with provisioning and administration of telecoms and connectivity services
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and resolutions

We are looking for someone with a strong desire to work in technical support or 1st line helpdesk.
