Salary: £110,000 - 121,000 per year

Requirements

8 years of Oracle EBS R12 HR Technical experience
Must have worked on Core HR and UK Payroll
Hands-on expertise in Integrations, Reports, Fast Formulae, SQL/PLSQL
Experience in performance tuning
Experience in Custom Form development
Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues in existing solutions, including workflows

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR team to implement and optimize Oracle EBS solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for HR systems
Perform system integrations and ensure data accuracy across platforms
Create and execute performance tuning strategies for existing applications
Resolve existing issues in the workflow and enhance system functionalities

We are a fully remote hiring organization looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HR Technical consultant to join our team. We offer a competitive daily rate of 500-550 GBP (inside IR35) for a contract duration of 12 months, starting in April 2026.
