Salary: £49,000 - 89,000 per year

• Experience with Case Management or Healthcare software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users, resolving a broad range of technical issues.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
• Support and maintain various software applications, particularly Case Management and Healthcare systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues where necessary.
• Contribute to IT projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Keep accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard processes.

We are supporting a long-standing client in recruiting a Senior IT Support Analyst to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This remote role includes occasional travel to our offices in the North West approximately 1 to 2 times per month for on-site meetings and support. The position offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum and has become available due to an internal promotion, reflecting the career development opportunities within the team.
