Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Java v17-21.
• Experience developing applications using Spring Boot 3.x.
• Front-end development expertise with Angular v16/17.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and modern development practices.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience with unit testing and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and web-based services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Support the modernisation of legacy systems into a unified SaaS platform.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

We are offering a 6-month contract for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale digital transformation programme focused on modernising and enhancing a complex enterprise platform. This fully remote role is inside IR35 and offers a daily rate of £375-£400. You will work within an agile development team supporting a business-critical application suite and helping shape next-generation SaaS solutions.
