You will help shape next-generation developer workflows while collaborating with cutting-edge AI research teams. *Role Overview** As a Python Developer – AI Expert, you will design and maintain robust *REST** and *GraphQL** APIs, perform backend optimization, and test AI models in *Cursor** to provide actionable insights.

This position requires strong backend skills, attention to detail, and a passion for advancing developer tools through AI integration. *Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize REST and GraphQL endpoints for scalable backend services.Implement data validation, error handling, and API security best practices.Plan and execute database migrations, optimizations, and schema changes.Test new AI-powered models in Cursor during intensive 4-day evaluation bursts.Provide structured feedback on model performance via bug reports, incident logs, and screenshots.Collaborate with the research team through dedicated Slack channels to discuss improvements.Submit post-burst surveys detailing insights on AI model behavior and developer experience.*Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of professional backend development experience with*Python** .
