Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Salary: £117,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong Golang development experience
• Experience building automation frameworks or tooling
• Confident engaging stakeholders and challenging existing processes
• Ability to assess automation vs manual trade-offs
• BPSS required

Responsibilities

• Build in Golang and create frameworks to enable scalable automation
• Work with stakeholders to pilot and embed repeatable automated processes
• Shape automation approaches aligned to defined standards (TS Red Lines)
• Challenge manual processes and identify where automation adds real value
