Field Network and Cybersecurity Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Exposure to networking and cybersecurity technologies
• Certifications such as Fortinet or Microsoft are highly desirable (or willingness to work towards them)
• Strong verbal/written communication and client-facing skills
• A problem-solver who enjoys variety and working in different environments
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring Fortinet firewalls, routers, and switches
• Deploying and supporting Kaseya 365 solutions including Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Delivering on-site installations, onboarding, and training for clients
• Running remote onboarding sessions via Microsoft Teams
• Translating technical solutions into clear guidance for non-technical users
• Working flexibly between field-based visits and remote support
