Offshore -Power BI Developer- Mid-Level

Location: Offshore (Remote) Experience: 2-4 years Engagement Type: Full-Time About the Role:Smartbridge is looking for a Power BI Developer to develop interactive dashboards and reports that enable business intelligence and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

Responsibilities:Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling.Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors.Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures.Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements.Technical Skills Required:Power BI Desktop & Service (Dashboard & Report development).DAX & Power Query (M Language).SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or other relational databases for ETL.Data modeling (star schema, performance optimization in Power BI).Experience with Power Automate integration (preferred).Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.Additional Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.Experience in Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus.100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.6-month probation period before full-time confirmation.
