Salary: £27,500 - 27,500 per year

Requirements

• We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and do not require formal tech experience or a previous background in data or AI.
• We look for potential, not perfection, and value passion, curiosity, commitment, and ambition.
• Some self-study in Python coding is encouraged.
• You must have full right to work in the UK for the full duration of the training and employment contracts.
• You must be willing to commute to or relocate to one of our deployment locations in the UK, including London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Sheffield, Halifax, or Norwich.
• You must be available to join a full-time programme running Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• You will need to complete written, maths, and Python coding challenges as part of our assessment process.
• You will need to pass a competency interview with our team and a final interview with one of our instructors.

Responsibilities

• We deliver 12 weeks of free, full-time immersive training in data and AI.
• We train you in AI and Data Essentials, Insight Analytics, Programmatic Data Wrangling, Predictive Modelling, Advanced AI Topics, and Consultancy Skills.
• We support you in achieving two industry-recognised certifications during graduation.
• We cover the cost of your required certifications.
• We assess your progress through challenges set by our instructors and a competency interview with our team.
• We support you through client interviews to help you secure your first data and AI role.
• We deploy successful graduates into client-facing consulting roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, AI and Data Analyst, or Data Engineer.
• We aim to place you into progressively more senior roles after your first deployment, following standard consultancy practice.
