D365 CE Developer (Field Service)

Requirements

• Strong experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Proven commercial experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience developing with C#, JavaScript, plugins, and custom workflows
• Integration experience with third-party systems is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Available to start immediately or at short notice

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on Field Service
• Build and enhance solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and JavaScript
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
• Support integrations with third-party systems where required while ensuring best practice development standards are maintained throughout the project
