Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with extensive product data analytics experience.
• We require strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex data sets.
• We require proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• We require proven experience working directly with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• We require experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• We value experience in data science, analytics, or related roles, ideally within fintech, pensions, insurance, or employee benefits.
• We value experience working with multi-tenant platforms or white-labelled products.
• We value understanding of workplace pensions, retirement planning, or financial wellbeing solutions.
• We value familiarity with event tracking and user behavior tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.

Responsibilities

• We will have you own the development and implementation of data models, analytics frameworks, and experimentation strategies across our platform.
• We will have you develop segmentation and predictive models to support personalization and proactive member engagement based on demographics, behavior, and interaction activities.
• We will have you design and analyze experiments, including A/B testing and cohort studies, to assess feature effectiveness and improve user engagement.
• We will have you create dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to empower internal teams with real-time insights.
