Solutions Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience working as a Solutions Engineer for a SaaS company, or a very similar role
• Top academic history including a 2.1 or 1st class bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM related discipline, and at least AAB at A Level
• Strong technical & programming knowledge, i.e., JavaScript, Python, Cloud technologies
• Commercial intelligence
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, whether in-person or remote
• Keen interest in comprehending customer challenges
• Genuine passion for technology and ability to quickly learn and comprehend technical information

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer use cases and their product integration requirements, offering tailored guidance for success and identifying areas for improvements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive customer-facing API documentation, reference architectures, and other technical resources
• Act as a technical authority on the platform, assisting the sales team in demonstrating integration solutions to convert prospects into customers
• Create versatile toolkits, APIs, SDKs, and support materials to streamline integration and enhance the developer experience
• Work closely with internal sales and support teams to deliver seamless technical integration experiences
• Collaborate with Support and Technical Operations teams to resolve technical issues faced by customers
• Continuously gather and analyze feedback from developers to improve integration workflows, tools, and documentation
