- We require strong JavaScript and/or Python skills for integration scripting and automation.
- We require experience with REST API design, including webhooks, OAuth, JSON transformation, and event-driven architecture.
- We require experience with cross-platform data mapping across multiple SaaS systems.

- We strongly prefer experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- We will expect you to lead the greenfield implementation of all core platforms during the first phase.
- We will expect you to build foundational REST API integrations and webhook-driven automations.
- We will expect you to define the cross-platform data model, including canonical field mapping, entity relationships, and data quality standards across PSA, CRM, RMM, and finance systems.
- We will expect you to direct vendor professional services against defined outcomes and ensure full internal ownership through knowledge transfer.
- We will expect you to lead technical discovery with operational stakeholders to define the automation roadmap.
- We will expect you to build workflow automations in JavaScript and Python, including ticket routing, billing triggers, licence lifecycle, CRM sequences, and alert-to-action logic.
- We will expect you to build and maintain Azure middleware, including Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus, as Infrastructure as Code via Terraform through a CI/CD pipeline.
- We will expect you to iterate and improve the acquisition onboarding playbook.
- We will expect you to own the build end-to-end and become the internal authority on how the platform is designed, integrated, and scaled.
- We will expect you to collaborate with the Operations Director and work with fractional CTO advisory support as the platform develops.

More
We are a well-funded, growth-stage technology group building the platform backbone for an ambitious UK-wide MSP roll-up. We are fully equity-backed, debt-free, and acquiring 8 to 10 regional MSPs per year, creating a rare opportunity to shape a greenfield architecture from the ground up. This is a remote-first role for UK-based candidates with occasional travel to London HQ and acquisition sites. We offer a salary of £85,000 to £90,000 plus benefits, permanent employment, and clear progression as the platform matures into data migration, AI/ML automation, and client-facing services. We judge success on delivery, and we provide the chance to take full technical ownership from day one without inheriting legacy decisions.
