Requirements
- We need a Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- We need ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- We need a minimum of 3 years experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- We need a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with experience working in an Agile environment.
- We need proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Leapwork.
- We need experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- We need experience using performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- We need excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
- We need strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- We need the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- We design and develop test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts based on product requirements.
- We execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects.
- We collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and technical implementation.
- We report and track bugs using issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
- We perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing as needed.
- We participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
- We continuously improve testing processes and tools.
- We ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
- We document and report test results clearly to test management and other Technology stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and actionable insights.
- We utilise automated testing tools and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- We monitor and analyse key metrics and KPIs related to testing processes to drive continuous improvement.
- We stay abreast of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies to raise testing quality.
- We mentor and guide junior team members, fostering curiosity, high performance, and professional growth.
