DotNet Developer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Overview: Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr Requirement/Must Have: 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Framework and .NET Core.Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development.Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications and services.Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Sybase.Experience working with MongoDB, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Redis.Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency in Git and modern source control practices.Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making.Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity.Nice to Have: Exposure to Angular and modern front-end development frameworks.Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (Spec-Driven Development) methodologies.Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solution development.Experience with cloud platforms and containerized application deployments.Skills: .NET Framework..NET Core.ASP.NET MVC.ASP.NET Web API.SQL Server.Sybase.MongoDB.Elasticsearch (Kibana).Redis.CI/CD Pipelines.Git Version Control.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
