Requirements

• We are looking for strong experience working with MRI Housing systems and Total Mobile platforms.
• We need a proven background in systems implementation and process analysis.
• We require experience configuring and supporting complex ICT business systems.
• We need the ability to work across both SaaS and on-premise environments.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or Progress OpenEdge databases would be beneficial.
• We are seeking strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• We want you to lead technical configuration and implementation work across housing systems environments.
• You will support ongoing digital transformation and system improvement projects.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• You will provide specialist expertise across housing management and mobile workforce systems.
• You will support system integrations, migrations, and process optimisation initiatives.
• You will liaise with software vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• You will mentor and share specialist knowledge with wider team members.

We are offering a remote and flexible working arrangement on an initial 6-month contract with extension potential, paying £500 per day via umbrella inside IR35. This is a collaborative and technically strong team environment where you will play a key role in major digital transformation projects across housing technology environments. The role is full-time at 37 hours per week, with a flexible start date from 1st June.
