Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable experience across the ServiceNow platform in both architecture and development
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementations independently
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities
• Experience delivering solutions across multiple modules, ideally including: GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or advisory capacity
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• ServiceNow CIS certifications - essential, multiple preferred
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) - highly desirable but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution shaping
• Define solution architecture aligned to best practices and business outcomes
• Take a hands-on role in development and configuration where required
• Provide technical leadership and oversight across delivery teams
• Drive governance, quality assurance, and successful project execution
• Advise clients on ServiceNow roadmaps and platform strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Support user adoption, testing, and change management initiatives
