Salesforce QA Lead

Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA experience.
• We need extensive automation experience, ideally with Provar, Salesforce Lightning, and end-to-end validation of LWC QA methodologies.
• We require experience across functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing.
• We need strong knowledge of testing Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• We require experience working with complex data flows between systems.
• We need deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, and how to validate these programmatically.
• We expect proficiency with VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and ALM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• We are looking for someone confident liaising with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• We are scaling our established Salesforce team with the addition of a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer.
• We are investing heavily in Salesforce, including implementing Agentforce.
• We need you to lead and support automation testing across Salesforce, including Lightning and LWC.
• We need you to carry out functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing.
• We need you to test Salesforce APIs and validate complex end-to-end data flows.
• We need you to verify Salesforce security controls and permissions programmatically.
• We need you to work closely with senior stakeholders and communicate confidently.
• We need you to contribute to a high-performing team with strong career progression opportunities.
