Senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect

Salary: £85,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Experience across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights
• Strong Power Platform experience including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Previous Solution Architect or Lead Consultant experience
• Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of integrations and enterprise solution design
• Experience with Azure services, APIs, and wider Microsoft technologies
• Ability to support presales and customer workshops
• Consultancy or Microsoft Partner background preferred
• PL-600 certification would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
• Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Own solution design decisions across Dataverse, integrations, security, and application architecture
• Support presales activity including discovery, demonstrations, and solution shaping
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across delivery teams
• Review designs and ensure solutions follow best practice
• Work closely with consultants, developers, project teams, and senior stakeholders
• Help improve internal delivery standards, governance, and ways of working
• Stay close to emerging Microsoft technologies including AI and automation capabilities
