Salary: £74,000 - 82,000 per year

Requirements

• Were looking for an experienced AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist.
• We need applied experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science.
• We need hands-on experience with production ML systems.
• We need strong Python skills and experience with tools such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, and Hugging Face or generative AI tooling.
• We need an understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and SQL.
• We value a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• We coach and mentor a caseload of Level 6 AI Engineering apprentices.
• We deliver engaging 1:1 coaching, workshops, and group learning.
• We support learners across the full machine learning lifecycle, from problem scoping to deployment and monitoring.
• We guide learners through End Point Assessment (EPA) and portfolio development.
• We promote responsible AI, ethics, security, and governance.
• We collaborate with employers and internal teams to ensure high-quality learner outcomes.
