Power BI Developer -- 100% Remote -- C2C/W2 Position

Job Title Senior Power BI Developer Experience 10+ Years Location Remote Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports • Create and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures • Perform data transformation, modeling, and validation for analytics and reporting • Develop DAX calculations and optimize Power BI data models for performance • Use Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced transformations • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into BI solutions • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance across BI platforms • Conduct performance tuning for reports, datasets, and refresh processes • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers • Participate in design reviews and promote BI best practices Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Reports, DAX, Data Modeling) • Advanced SQL skills (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures) • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation • Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts • Experience working with large, complex datasets • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have • Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) • Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or arenaflex Cloud Platform) • Experience with Agile/Scrum environmentsApply Now Apply Now Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply To This Job
