Onsite Services Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Onsite Services Engineer with previous IT Support, Deskside Support, or Field Engineering experience.
• We need strong Windows OS, desktop, and laptop troubleshooting skills.
• We require hands-on experience with hardware support, including device replacements and break-fix work.
• We would like experience with networking and remote access technologies.
• Exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Office / Office 365 would be beneficial.
• We need strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• SC Clearance is required, but candidates can start once their BPSS Clearance is in place.
• We prefer candidates who can work fully on-site in Lytham St Annes.

Responsibilities

• We provide onsite and deskside support, as well as remote support, within SLA targets.
• We perform hardware break-fix work, device replacements, and IMAC activities.
• We diagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• We manage ticket updates, escalations, and user communication.
• We support additional customer sites where required.
