Salary: £45,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements

• We want 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a professional software development environment.
• We want deep familiarity with the mobile ecosystem, including iOS and Android release cycles and store submission workflows.
• We want proven experience working with Data Engineering teams and understanding how data pipelines integrate with front-end applications.
• We want advanced administrative mastery of Jira and Azure DevOps.
• We want availability to overlap with US working hours, with a minimum of 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM CET.
• We want exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate technical roadblocks for non-technical stakeholders.
• We want 5 years of Scrum experience.
• We want 4 years of mobile experience.

Responsibilities

• We facilitate high-efficiency agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives, for a cross-functional squad.
• We optimize delivery workflows by managing advanced configurations in Jira and Azure DevOps to ensure transparency.
• We translate product requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring all tasks meet our Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• We proactively map and resolve dependencies between mobile front-end development and back-end data pipelines.
• We shield the team from external distractions while unblocking technical bottlenecks related to API contracts or environment issues.
• We coordinate complex mobile release cycles across TestFlight and Google Play Console to ensure predictable deployment.
