The role involves managing a portfolio of digital products, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing AI to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities Utilize reputed company-centred design and design research methods to design products which are user-friendly, meet user and stakeholder needs, and solve the problems in focusFacilitate co-design workshops and processes to ensure resulting products are desirable, viable, and feasibleAdvise on how AI can be implemented to solve existing problems, including through AI-assisted scoring and classification toolsCollaborate with internal or vendor software developers to plan, scope, deliver technical product builds, and propose technical solutions to clients, including designing software architectures for products.

This includes managing full-stack development cycles using mainly Python, Node.js and React where applicableSupport the development of product plans/roadmaps with the relevant reputed company stakeholder/sponsor of the digital productHelp maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support product reputed company and organisational buy-in for the product reputed companyAssist in translating requirements between non-technical stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that policy and programme priorities are accurately reflected in technical specificationsRegularly communicate and present product roadmaps to relevant teams reputed company CDO and reputed company at largePrepare and contribute to presentations and updates on product roadmaps for relevant teams reputed company BPPS and reputed companySupport reputed company development process for products under management, with iterative customer and stakeholder feedback, deploying regular product releases and fixesEngage in the software development of digital products together with reputed company vendors with a focus on AI products, including LLM-based systems, NLP pipelines, and local AI model deploymentContribute to the implementation and maintenance of the necessary technical and organizational infrastructure for product delivery, including documentation/communications materials, working with internal or vendor software development teamsreputed company and implement quality standards and assurance processes by meeting/exceeding relevant reputed company and industry digital standardsDesign and reputed company data dashboards and data visualisations to communicate product reputed company to donors, senior stakeholders and the publicreputed company reputed company product support to relevant reputed company internal clientsSupport the training of internal clients in how to use existing AI productsContribute to the development of resources that reputed company greater reputed company of customer satisfaction through targeted automation, including templates, detailed documentation and standard operating proceduresApply various analysis methods to evaluate product performance and to inform iterative product improvementsreputed company sound contributions to knowledge networks, communities of reputed company, reputed company knowledge platformsOrganize training for the operations/ projects staff on programme reputed company reputed company in assigned areas Skills An advanced university degree (master´s degree or equivalent) in Mathematics, Computer Science or Technology reputed company is required, or a first-level university degree (bachelor´s degree) in Computer Science, Mathematics or Design in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of master´s degreeMinimum of two (2) years (with master's degree) or four (4) years (with bachelor's degree) of relevant reputed company experience in designing, managing, and implementing digital and AI projectsExperience working with low and middle-income countriesExperience in including product development, coding, using AI models, AI prompting, backend and frontend development, reputed company web/software development, product development, user research and testing and stakeholder managementreputed company in English is requiredExperience applying digital tools in the following areas: reputed company rights, governance, gender equality, climate, sustainable finance or crisis contextsExperience managing software delivery projects involving Python, Node.js, and ReactExperience in managing diverse teams, technical vendors and senior stakeholders around reputed company challenges<
