AR Developer

Job Title : AR Developer Location : Remote Duration : 10+ Months Job Summary AR Development (Primary) Design, develop, and deploy augmented reality training experiences using platforms such as PTC Vuforia, Scope AR, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides, or equivalent AR authoring tools.Instructional Design & Learning Content Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure all AR and digital learning content is pedagogically sound and learner centered.Develop supporting learning materials — including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments — that complement and reinforce AR experiences.Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.Experience developing augmented reality/mixed reality training content using commercial AR authoring platforms.Proficiency with 3D content and assets using Unity, Blender, or similar 3D modeling/animation tools.Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
