Salary: £40,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• We require strong expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request processes.
• We require experience with ITOM, CMDB, and integrations such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• We require proven delivery experience across the full project lifecycle.
• We require ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS-ITSM.
• We require excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• We require strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• We require active DV security clearance.
• We prefer additional ServiceNow certifications.
• We prefer experience with AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
• We prefer exposure to public sector or defence environments.
• We prefer knowledge of ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• We deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB workstreams.
• We configure and develop platform capabilities including Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and integrations.
• We produce high-quality technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
• We ensure solutions align with platform best practices and are scalable and upgrade-safe.
• We lead technical workstreams and coordinate day-to-day delivery activities.
• We provide guidance and support to junior consultants.
• We participate in design reviews, QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• We identify and manage technical risks and issues.
• We build strong relationships with client stakeholders and technical teams.
• We facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• We communicate progress and technical decisions clearly to a range of audiences.
• We support pre-sales activities, including solution design and demonstrations.
