IT Support Analyst

Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with service desk software and ticketing systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line remote and onsite support to users
• Log and manage all incidents and requests in line with Service Desk standards
• Ensure all service targets are met for incident resolution
• Support office and manufacturing environments across UK sites
• Provide onsite cover as required for urgent issues
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve service delivery
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and practices
