Graduate Trainee

Salary: £22,000 - 27,000 per year

Requirements

• A First Class or 2:1 IT or STEM degree
• Strong numeracy skills (GCSE or A Level Maths or equivalent)
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with clients
• Strong problem-solving ability with a structured investigative approach
• A full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and internal development teams to resolve software issues
• Answer how-to questions and support process improvements across ERP environments
• Analyse client data and assist with testing new releases
• Deliver user training sessions (mainly remotely, occasionally onsite)
