Tableau Developer Owatonna, MN Hybrid preferred to start and then fully remote 6+ Months $55-60/HR on W2 *****LOCAL AND W2 CANDIDATES ONLY***** Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join an insurance claims project.

This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Tableau reports and dashboards that consume data from a newly developed claims data warehouse.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills, ensuring that high-quality, efficient, and effective reporting solutions are delivered. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test end-user reports and dashboards using Tableau.

Ensure compliance with established design, development, testing, and deployment standards. Collaborate with business analysts and developers in an agile environment. Optimize SQL Server queries for efficient data retrieval and performance.

Provide expertise in data warehousing, analytics, and reporting to support business intelligence initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a data-focused team (data warehousing, analytics, or reporting).

Extensive Tableau experience in developing dashboards and reports. Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, performance tuning, advanced queries). Experience working in agile frameworks is a plus. Strong collaborative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
