Onsite Services Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• We need previous IT Support, Deskside, or Field Engineering experience.
• We need strong Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills.
• We need experience with hardware support, networking, and remote access technologies.
• Exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Office or Office 365 is beneficial.
• We need strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• We need candidates who can work fully onsite in Lytham St Annes.
• SC Clearance is required, but we can allow a candidate to start once their BPSS clearance comes through.

Responsibilities

• We provide onsite, deskside, and remote support within SLA targets.
• We perform hardware break-fix, device replacements, and IMAC activities.
• We diagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• We manage ticket updates, escalations, and user communication.
• We support additional customer sites where required.
