Founding Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer

What we're looking for

• You build with AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code) as a force multiplier — not occasionally, as your default

• You've shipped something with LLMs in production (agents, RAG, evals — not just wrappers)

• Comfortable owning a customer-facing feature from idea to production without a lot of hand-holding

• Based in the US — SF Bay Area or LA strongly preferred
