Founding Engineer

Salary: £38,000 - 78,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience in Azure (or deep experience with AWS / GCP and willingness to work with Azure)/n- Expertise in system architecture and scalable system design/n- Proficiency in event-driven architecture/n- Full-stack development experience, including:/n - Next.js/n - Nest.js/n - Python/n - PostgreSQL/n - Terraform/n- Experience with LLM-powered product workflows/n- Understanding of AI-assisted / LLM-enabled software development practices/n- Familiarity with Docker and containerisation/n- Knowledge of web application security/n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines/n- Understanding of observability and APM/n- Clean architecture principles/n- Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs

Responsibilities

• Conducting requirements analysis and solution design/n- Contributing to product roadmap planning and delivery management/n- Delivering solutions for complex technical workflows/n- Planning and executing data migration/n- Designing and deploying complex product features/n- Working directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and gather feedback/n- Contributing to UI and UX thinking alongside product stakeholders/n- Presenting technical concepts to internal teams and customers/n- Participating in key stakeholder discussions and strategic planning
