Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry
• Strong work ethics
• High level of technical understanding and skill to complete a project from start to finish
• Passion for technology and how it can drive client success
• Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours on occasion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Presentable and professional image
• Valid driving licence

Responsibilities

• Install solutions as defined projects for clients, from single PC installations to full VoIP rollouts
• Implement projects with minimal business interruptions
• Perform a mix of remote and client location installations
• Attend pre and post project meetings with clients
• Travel outside of standard hours when necessary to ensure onsite availability for clients
