UI/UX Designer

Salary: £15,000 - 20,000 per year

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Mastery in Figma - components, variants, auto-layout, constraints, and design tokens.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS - you know how design translates into front-end code.
• Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both structure and creativity.
• Experience working with developers (React/Next.js knowledge is a bonus).
• Graphic design skills will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full UI/UX design process across web and mobile.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and responsive design systems in Figma.
• Create user journeys and flows that simplify complex property processes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility, usability, and seamless handoff.
• Bring brand and product together through thoughtful, cohesive visuals.
