Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and update product information across Shopify and our internal systems.
- Upload new products, pricing, specifications, descriptions and images.
- Support new product launches and seasonal product updates.
- Ensure product data is accurate and consistent across all online channels.
- Create and maintain seasonal order forms from supplier catalogues and product information.
- Ensure product details, pricing and variants are accurately entered into our systems.
- Work closely with our sales team to prepare order forms ahead of seasonal sales windows.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain organised product data and documentation to support efficient sales and ordering processes.
- Maintain and optimise our online channels.
- Upload products, collections and promotional content.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure inventory is accurately reflected online.
- Support website merchandising and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify and resolve product listing or website issues.
- Support operational projects and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, marketing, purchasing and warehouse operations.
- Carry out reporting and data collection across the business.
- Carry out additional administrative duties as required.
