Salary: £32,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing software using C++
• Experience creating graphical or video-based applications
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git or SVN
• Knowledge of DirectX environments
• Understanding of software development best practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience within the iGaming or gambling sector
• Experience developing software for gaming machines or terminal-based systems
• Experience with STL or Boost C++ template libraries
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript or Python
• Understanding of mathematical concepts and probability
• Experience developing interactive or real-time graphical applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our game software in C++
• Build graphical video-based applications for terminal-based gaming machines
• Collaborate with artists to integrate visual assets efficiently
• Work alongside QA to investigate and resolve issues quickly
• Assist with technical implementation and game functionality
• Contribute to development best practices and process improvements
• Support project delivery within agreed timelines
