Remote Client Success Manager, Mid‑Market Carriers

Datavant is looking for a Client Success Manager to manage customer relationships and drive engagement in their Legal & Insurance Client Success organization.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, proactively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and adoption of Datavant's solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in customer success or account management and be skilled in relationship management, data analysis, and Salesforce utilization.
