Solution Architect - ServiceNow - Telecom OSS/BSS

Salary: £60,000 - 63,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in the Telecom domain OSS/BSS
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementations
• Extensive knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs
• Experience in leading technical direction, architecture design, and platform governance
• ServiceNow Certifications preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, CIS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to ensure best practices across modules including TSM, TSOM/ITOM, IRM/GRC, SPM, OMT, CSM, HRSD, SecOps

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and architecture design for ServiceNow implementations
• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for enterprise programs
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs
• Drive platform standardization, governance, and scalable design
• Define integrations, data models, workflows, and technical requirements
• Ensure best practices across various ServiceNow modules
• Collaborate with teams to implement effective ServiceNow solutions
